Water moves fast through a building, and every hour it sits raises the risk to your floors, walls, and belongings. Our Amarillo crew answers emergency calls around the clock and reaches properties in Wolflin, Bushland, Canyon, and across the Panhandle quickly. Once you call, we work to stop the water, pull out what has pooled, and protect what can still be saved.

FAQS
Amarillo-Lubbock Customer FAQs
It depends on how much water there was, how far it spread, and how long it sat before anyone caught it. A contained leak in one room costs far less than a flooded home. The inspection is free, we give you a clear estimate before work begins, and your out-of-pocket is usually just the deductible on a covered loss.
Quickly. We work right here in the Amarillo area and cover Canyon, Bushland, and the surrounding communities. Call 806-877-1994 the moment you find water and we will give you an honest arrival window and start emergency water removal as soon as we are on site.
Drying usually runs a few days, though it depends on how saturated the materials are and how long the water sat. Older homes often take longer, since plaster and original wood release moisture slowly. We check readings daily and pull the equipment only when the structure tests dry.
Yes, and it starts fast. Mold growth can begin within about 24 to 48 hours in a damp space, and moisture trapped behind a wall or under flooring keeps feeding it long after the surface looks dry. We dry the structure itself rather than the surface alone, and as a TDLR licensed mold contractor, our team handles the remediation if mold has already taken hold.
We inspect and take moisture readings, extract the standing water, then set drying equipment and monitor it daily until the structure is dry. Anything that cannot be saved comes out, mold remediation follows if needed, and then we rebuild. Every step is documented for your insurance claim.
