I would highly recommend using RestroPros. They are prompt, friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. It is wonderful to work with people who explain everything plainly and do their work with care. When they were done, we were very pleased with the outcome.

We had to have some restoration work in our bathroom and repainting that needed to be completed, and RestoPros was recommended to us by the company that came out for the initial assessments. Roddy was our initial point of contact. He is incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. Admittedly, I know nothing about home repair or insurance claims or anything of the sort. Roddy never once made me feel as though I was out of the loop or like it was an inconvenience to walk me through what I needed to do next to keep the project rolling. Getting to know Roddy, I learned that this was a second career for him. I've found that when people switch careers, they usually choose new ones that bring them joy and that really give them a chance to shine. This was proven true again in Roddy's case. He explained how he approaches his business as customer service rather than just restoration, how building relationships is just as important as building bathrooms, and you can see someone doing something they genuinely enjoy when he talks about it. That professional approach is what makes clients like me leave reviews like this. When his team arrived, they were all very professional, polite, and friendly. These gentlemen didn't just want you to see the finished product to get your approval, they wanted to show you work they were proud of. Seeing people take pride in what they do and have fun while they do it is rare these days, so it was refreshing to see. Each day, they even took the extra step of making our home seem as though work wasn't still in progress by putting everything in a single place and not leaving plastic up everywhere. That was a small but noticed gesture that made a big difference. Over the five days they were here, we were able to bring our dogs in every evening after they left without worry that there would be anything left behind that they would eat; we were able to find everything exactly in the same place it had been in the morning when they arrived; and we knew exactly what was left to be done thanks to the team taking the time to communicate with us proactively. On top of that, they were just all around nice guys and a pleasure to have in our home. I cannot speak highly enough about Roddy and his team, and I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing restoration services in the future.

Resto did an efficient and professional job removing water from our basement. Everything was explained in detail with no surprises! I’m eager to see everything dried out.

Super quick response time knows all the ins and outs with the insurance company. He was able to refer me a great contractor that also knew what he was doing with the insurance and most of all we went from completely frustrated and desperate to getting our house back to normal. Highly recommend!!!

They were kind and considerate while working with me due to kitchen flooding. I imagine that most people are stressed in this situation and it is important to be patient with the client. All the workers explained the procedures and damage to me easily and Jeff called daily for updates which was helpful. Hopefully next time I see them it will be in the grocery store or out at a ballgame where no flooding will be involved!

Resto-pros came out to our home and did a thorough job in addressing all of concerns with our roof leak. I would highly recommend Resto-pros if you have encountered any water damage to your home.

We had a water leak on Friday morning, I called JC with RestoPros and by 10am Cody and James were beginning to start work on the damage. They were beyond informative, answered all my questions, explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Friday evening, JC reached out to make sure everything went well with the mitigation setup. We let everything dry over the weekend and they came in at 10am to remove all the equipment, double checked to make sure everything was properly dry, bagged all the trash, swept, and even hauled off the rug that was ruined by the leak.
