Charles is the technical leader at RestoPros of the Triad. He brings leadership experience in both restoration and abatement, with an emphasis on customer experience and safety. Charles is a proud father and a resident of Winston Salem. He is a sad Vikings fan that loves singing any chance he can.
Lauren sets our customer experience strategy and ensures we take excellent care of each customer through empathetic and proactive communication. Lauren is a proud mom of 2 kids. She loves to workout, spend time with friends, and create incredible meals and desserts in the kitchen. She’s a low-key expert chef.
Seth is our B2B referral engine – maintaining relationships with plumbers, contractors, insurance agents, and others who can recommend our service to homeowners and businesses in need of restoration services. Seth is a native of Houston, TX, but he has been in NC for over a decade. He enjoys chasing down plumbers, playing guitar, hunting, and spending time with his fiancé.
